•  prioritize the safety of our employees in every aspect of their work. We achieve this through continuous assessment and evaluation, ensuring that all members receive the appropriate training that allows them to complete their jobs efficiently and safely.  Employees are trained in K.R.G. Drillings Safe work practices which are reinforced with comprehensive job procedures and training, guaranteeing that our workforce is well certified for their roles.

• assess hazards on all worksites, before commencing any project or shift . This proactive approach ensures the well-being of all personnel involved. By identifying potential risks early, we implement necessary precautions and create a secure working environment. Prioritizing hazard assessment helps in a culture of safety and responsibility.

• conducting tailgate meetings with all personnel on site.  During these meetings, we engage with workers and clients to discuss potential hazards that are present on the worksite, and those potential hazards that may arise during a shift. This collaborative approach not only helps identify existing risks but also fosters a proactive safety culture.

• completing all inspections as required by K.R.G. Drilling Health and Safety management program, and correcting deficiencies promptly

• report all incidences, near misses to the appropriate supervisors and management and ensure all corrective actions are developed and implemented on future worksites
